Every Elemental Singing Bowl is made to order and handcrafted specifically for you. Because each bowl is created upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any orders once placed. We appreciate your understanding of the made-to-order nature of these instruments.

Damaged or Defective Items

Every order is fully insured during transit and packaged with care to ensure your bowl arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your bowl arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our contact page or info (at) elementalsingingbowls (dot) com.

To help us resolve the situation promptly, please include:

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the original packaging

• Your order number

We will work with you to make it right.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase, as we are unable to reroute orders once they have shipped.

Customs and Duties

Depending on your location, additional customs charges and duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins immediately upon purchase, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please review your note selection, octave, and shipping address carefully before completing your order.
