Elemental Singing Bowls exists because the path opened and the answer was yes.
It wasn't a business plan. It was a search for the right instruments for a personal practice, and what emerged from that search was something too good not to share. A curated collection of pure quartz crystal bowls, each one named for the natural world, made to order, and backed by years of real practice behind them.
Sound is the practice. The bowls are the tool.
There's a moment that happens when someone hears a singing bowl for the first time. Their thoughts go quiet. Their words get hard to find. It happens repeatedly, across years of sound baths played in studios, event spaces, retail spaces, pools, open air, and even in caves. It happens for all ages. It has even happened for a few pets.
That moment is what makes this work special. Not because of what can be seen or measured, but because of what ripples outward through the people who experience it. The small acts extend further than they appear. A person who learns to respond to life rather than react to it carries that steadiness into everything they touch. That's the larger purpose behind Elemental, and behind The Sound Healing Center of Lexington, where this practice has been rooted since 2023.
Elemental Singing Bowls isn't for everyone. It's for the person who finds the sacred in a forest, a stream, a cave, a mountainside. The person who doesn't need the wellness world to package their spirituality for them. The person who just needs the right tool.

Meet the Founder

Sound healing chose me before I chose it. I show up to this work the same way my clients do, still healing, still learning.
The first time I played a crystal singing bowl, it felt like muscle memory. Like remembering something I already knew. I started offering workshops in 2018 with a single bowl and my voice, and over the years it grew into something I couldn't have planned. In 2023, I opened The Sound Healing Center of Lexington, a dedicated space for sound healing in the heart of Kentucky.
Elemental Singing Bowls grew from that same root. A desire to share the tools that have helped me navigate the ups and downs of life with people who might not connect with the airy, polished version of wellness but do connect with the earth beneath their feet.
I'm a triple earth sign (Virgo-Virgo-Capricorn) who loves to root into a place and get cozy. These bowls were chosen with that same energy. Grounded, intentional, and built to last.
